We are unable to provide for children or pets and have a non-smoking policy as a courtesy to all guests.

Cancellations must be received 72 hours before your arrival date.

We put out your Breakfast Basket at about 7:30. There is great coffee and tea water on the lovely little Bird’s Eye maple dresser in the front hall vestibule

There is a note on the front door that tells you where your room is, so if I am shopping or it is late, you can slip in and make yourself cozy.

Please help yourself to use the free videos and DVDs that are located in the second floor library. There is a TV-VCR in your room. Each floor has a phone in the sitting room. You are welcome to use them.

Smoking is allowed on our big front porch. We want to thank you for not smoking inside. There is a $250.00 charge added to your room charge for all the rooms that need to be professionally cleaned, if you forget!.

I would love to stay up and gossip with you all evening. However, I retire at 8:00 p.m. My old friend and doctor comes by and checks on me!
